Estates & Facilities Helpdesk

The Estates & Facilities Helpdesk provides a central point for staff and students to make general enquiries, report faults or request maintenance or facilities services. Our aim is to present a world class customer service, which will deal with enquiries effectively and efficiently.

This helpdesk is monitored 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

If you have an issue outside of these hours relating to Glasney Parc or Glasney View, please speak with the concierges at Glasney Lodge.
